Full Course Appoints Edna Morris to Board of Directors

Full Course, a development and investment partner for early-stage food brands, has appointed Edna Morris to its board of directors. A seasoned veteran of the restaurant industry, Morris has held leadership roles at Red Lobster, Blue Coral, Wild Wing Cafe, and the James Beard Foundation, and served as CEO/Partner of Range Restaurant Group.

Lauren Fernandez, Founder and CEO of Full Course, praised Morris's belief in diversity as a key to organizational success, highlighting her extensive experience and network as invaluable assets. In addition to her role at Full Course, Morris chairs the Board of Tractor Supply Company and has served on various other boards, including Cosi and PF Chang’s.

Morris is also an advisor to three early-stage companies and has actively supported women and people of color in the restaurant industry, notably as the founding president of the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She emphasizes the importance of diverse leadership for driving financial success in organizations.
